Are you having any problem watching?
If you are having problems watching our previously recorded services, here's some steps in order to troubleshoot the issue(s). There are two ways to do it. You can manage your "Add-On" for Internet Explorer or you can run the Active-X control. Either way will work.
1) Managing Internet Explorer Add-Ons:
Microsoft Internet Explorer add-ons are software components. When you visit a Web site, Internet Explorer add-ons may be downloaded automatically, or you may be prompted to download an add-on. The previously recorded services were created with "Microsoft Windows Media Player" add-on which is an "Active-X Control". You will either need to run the Active-X control manually in your browser.
If you don't have any problem watching our services, that means that your "Microsoft Windows Media Player" add-on was set-up automatically in your Internet Explorer browser. Otherwise, follow the following steps:
- While your Internet Explorer is open, click on the "Tools" menu.

2) Running the ActiveX software:
"ActiveX" is an object that you place on a form to enable or enhance a user's interaction with an application. Active-X controls have events and can be incorporated into other controls. The controls have an .ocx file name extension.
The previously recorded services is a Windows Media Player object which is an ActiveX control. To install the ActiveX control, please follow these steps:
- In your Internet Explorer, you will see a message on top of your browser with something like this: "This website wants to run the following add-on: Windows Media Player Core from Microsoft Corporation. If you trust the website and the add-on and want to allow it to run, click here...". It should look like this:
- You should see the video in few seconds or minutes depending on your internet connection.
In some computers, they might encounter a different message because of their firewall setup like this: "To protect your security, Internet Explorer has restricted this webpage from running scripts or ActiveX controls that could access your computer. Click here for options..."
Right-click on the message and choose "Allow Blocked Content"
You should see the video in few seconds or minutes depending on your internet connection.
If you are still having problems, please send an email to the Website Administrator at:
Click YES on the security warning popup window. This will not affect your computer.
